Appointment Policy
We encourage our clients to schedule an appointment in advance. We strive to accommodate everyone in a timely manner and see patients in the following order:

1) Emergencies
2) Appointments
3) Walk-ins

Our doctors are busy daily with scheduled surgeries
and outside appointments. To alleviate your wait time, it
is beneficial to the client and patient to schedule your
appointment in advance.

We are also available for emergency care as needed. 
On call doctors are available on our answering service.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash while inside the office.  All cats must be confined in a pet carrier.

Boarding Policy
We are happy to accommodate special needs when boarding your pets.  We provide various diets but are happy to feed your special requirements while your pet is in our care.  Pets are individually housed.  They are walked and exercised three times daily.  Home items (personal items from home) are kept with your pet as space allows.  We care for your pets as we do our own animals.  Any special need and/or medication can be arranged when you drop off. Pets should be picked up by 4:00 PM weekdays and 11:00 AM Saturdays to avoid an additional boarding day.  We do require that all vaccinations are current (bring proof if not vaccinated at our office) before we can keep your pet. No Admissions or Discharges are made when the office is closed.

Payment Policy
We gladly accept cash, check with identification, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.  We require payment at the time of service.

Privacy Policy
We do not collect or give out any information without the consent of the owner. Your privacy is very important to us.

Statement
We cannot be responsible for products bought outside our office.  We cannot attest to the authenticity of mail order products, therefore cannot offer advice to their quality.
